    Staff very friendly and the benefits attached to the executive club were very good. It is also very close to the water front shopping malls and the hourly shuttle made it very easy to go shopping and back.

    Everything was excellent,beautiful views from the room.Breakfast was great at the lounge.Staff willing to help and please at all times. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in trying to get a booking for us at the spa.

    The Westin is very well situated on the border of Cape Town. It overlooks the harbour and if you are lucky your room could have a waterfront view. It's within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. We had breakfast in the Club Lounge, the menu was limited, however, the concierge informed us ahead of time. We opted to have breakfast in the Lounge as the view across the Waterfront is breathtaking and made the perfect end to a much needed night away. They also offer cocktails in the lounge at sunset which was spectacular!! The bedroom and bathroom is spacious and met all our needs. The late check-out at 12 is an added bonus.

    Excellently located opposite the CTICC.Beds and linen of the highest quality. Quiet room with a very good size bathroom, work desk, luxury decor with floor to ceiling glass windows.

    - Everything is perfect - Shuttle bus to waterfront every hour - Staff is super super friendly - Hot water available - Breakfast is more than perfect - Special thanks to Reza (porter) and CG, Clinton )help desk and All reception staff - Reception gave me late check out till 4pm for free - if you have a family: you should try this hotel
