    Words can not describe our incredible stay at Stone house. At the top of the list was our host Wendy. She was so helpful and managed to sort out quite a few dramas for us with such grace and kindness. Her recommendations are spot on every time. The house staff, are so quiet, kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. The villa itself is more sublime than the photos. Elegant, charming, simple, tasteful, authentic are just some of the adjectives I would use to describe the place. The beds are dreamily comfortable. . You are so close to everything . .

    Beautiful and unique rooms. Lovely pool and communal areas. Brilliant staff, in particular Erna who arranged restaurants and activities for us. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Only a 5-10 minute drive for Ubud centre.

    Charming boutique hotel. Detail in the room was beautiful. Breakfast at the hotel was so so good. Dinner was one of the best meals we had in Bali. Wished we had stayed here longer.

    Many hotels try to be unique, but end up a variation on a theme. The Stone House is truly one-of-a-kind. The owners have carefully considered, and lovingly crafted every detail, from the stylish yet down-to-earth rooms, to the lush landscaped garden and pool area. The wonderful manager Erna and the rest of the staff will attend to your every need, always with a smile. Many hotels also claim to be 'boutique', but have 80 rooms. At Stone House, there are just four spacious and well-separated suites, so you very quickly feel at home. The hotel's location is the perfect distance out of town for peace and quiet, but not too remote. And the staff can direct you to the best of everything in Ubud. I could go on and on, but if you're after somewhere meaningful in Ubud, stop reading and book now.

    It is peaceful and with so much traditional character. The whole place is created with such wonderful taste and style. You will feel relaxed and totally rejuvenated after a stay here. The staff are wonderful and the meals authentic and really good. Could not recommend this wonderful place highly enough

    The stay at Stone House was awesome! We stayed at the Long House and had a fantastic time. Wendy and Erna and the whole team were great hosts. Stone House is a very private and intimate place. It is wonderful to stay at the small pool and enjoy the nature and calm. If you go there - have dinner at Stone House! It is cooked extra for you in family style and it is really the best you can get in Bali!

    Wow, my experience at Stone House was incredible. The staff are warm and friendly, the architecture and interiors divine, the pool is a masterpiece and the food, delicious. I totally lucked out by finding this place! You can tell that this tiny boutique b & b was meticulously crafted. Our room was incredible...full of antiques, artwork and other unusual accessories from the owners travels. They thought of everything in the rooms; from batik robes, natural insect repellant, to down pillows and yoga mats! Loved, loved our stay and I will recommend to others! I can't say enough about this place!!

    E’ una struttura molto particolare frutto del genio creativo del proprietario he abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere. Si vede che c’è ricerca in ogni dettaglio, dalla scelta dei temi delle stanze (ogni stanza ha un tema diverso) ai materiali e gli oggetti che le arredano. Il personale e super disponibile, un ringraziamento particolare ad Erna che ci ha coccolato sin da prima del nostro arrivo.
