    Massimiliano is a super host! Totally friendly and helpful! The building is a beautiful interwar tenement and you can find such buildings in the whole district. The apartment is very clean, modern and cosy. I will come back for sure.

    We stayed in one of the three rooms of this squeaky clean apartment. We had access to the kitchen, which was always stocked with coffee, tea, milk, fruit, juice, cheese, bread and more. Massimiliano, the owner, was very communicative and would bring special treats, like croissants and cake. Airconditioning and wifi worked flawlessly. Apartment is close to the tram that brings you to the center of Rome.

    Great b&b close to Stadio Olimpico so perfect for match days or any other sports which there might be in the area. Rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. One must mention that he goes to great lengths to ensure that the kitchenette is fully stocked with food and drinks for his guests to use during their stay. This was really surprising and a great touch to make you really feel at home. Highly recommended.

    Fantastic room, comfy bed, modern immaculate bathroom and a perfect location for the Olympic Stadium. Loads of independent restaurants and bars within a short walk. If you head away from the main road, Georgio's bar on the left, about 100m, is perfect for a quiet drink and some great food,

    Very clean, comfortable place to stay. A kitchen available at all hours, stocked with food and drink, lovely fresh pastry for breakfast, extremely welcoming reception and very helpful in every way. They also provided information before my arrival about getting to them from the airport, and arranged a taxi to collect me. I would highly recommend Suite Pinturicchio.

    I have to say from when we booked. Massimillio the owner kept in touch with us making sure we had all the information we needed to get to the property once we had landed in Rome. He was extremely welcoming and helpful once we got there. The kitchen was fully stocked with food and drink for breakfast and lunch, which saved us eating out, so we could spend a little extra going out for dinner. We went to see the Lazio v Juventus game in the Olympic Stadium which is only a 10 minute walk from the property. If and when i go back to Rome i will be staying there again . 10/10

    Ubicación perfecta, fácil acceso desde la estación Roma Termini. Apartamento super limpio con 3 habitaciones y cocina compartida. Tienes la cafetera, nevera, tostadora. Los propietarios proporcionan agua, zumos, café, té, fruta y aperitivos - ¡no pasaremos hambre! Y ayudar a resolver cualquier pregunta. Hay lugares bonitos para cenar cerca. El mejor lugar para alojarse en Roma!

    Gran acabado moderno en un bloque de apartamentos de época. Max fue un anfitrión fantástico que se desvivió por ayudar con todo. La ubicación es bastante céntrica, 20 mins andando a pasos de España. Recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera para una estadía de fin de semana.

    My stay was perfect! The best aspect was that the breakfast buffet was basically open all day and guests could help themselves with food and beverages the whole day.
