    Nuestra habitación era enorme y con vistas a la piscina y mar. La comida fue muy buena todos los días, mucha variedad. El personal es encantador. Sitio de sobra en la piscina y tumbonas sin problema. El ambiente es tranquilo, se tarda 5 minutos caminando al centro. Sin duda un sitio para repetir.

    The staff was nothing short of fabulous. You can tell that the people there work hard and care about what they do. They helped us arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport and extended a very warm welcome when we arrived. The property is exceptionally clean! The rooms are very spacious and have probably the best air conditioning units I've ever used in a hotel (very important in the summer). Meals were offered at set times and offered a range of dishes. The quality of the food was fantastic. We were always trying something new at mealtimes. Our last night there they had live music! The property is maybe a ten minute walk to the closest beach, making it super accessible. It's also very close to the bus stop that takes you to the city of Chania. WELL WORTH the price for this all inclusive hotel. I miss it already!!!

    Staff was really friendly! We loved the breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all it was a wonderful experience and next time we would like to go there again. :-)

    The place is nicely located with an excellent staff. The pool, pool side drinks and other facilities are also nice. It is not that far from the main street and also provides the quietness that you require at times. A must go for family with kids if they are considering Crete.

    The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities were great. We loved our room, there are 4 of us so having two bathrooms was great

    Everything. The staff is great. We got an upgrade from an upper double. The new room was great. It had a beautiful view. Looking at the other rooms, I saw it did not matter where you were staying, because you would have a good view from every room (pool/sea). All the rooms looked very clean, from what I have noticed. The food is awesome. Fresh and tasty. The pool is fun for children. Everybody looked content.
