    Es bueno todo. Tranquilidad, amabilidad, calidad, relacion calidad precio excelente. Y la cena y el desayuno fantásticos. Onsen acogedores.

    Excellent experience staying in a great house. Spacious traditional Japanese Manor House. Free private onsen bath. Excellent meals dinner and breakfast with fresh organic growths and delicious meats. The owner travels round the world a lot and is very friendly. Great stay.

    Food is superb! All fresh from local and included in the price. All staff are probably one family and they have been extremely welcoming. The house is actually all wood made, lovely house to stay in. If you want very local experience, definitely check this place out.

    1. We love the originality of the architecture and the rustic ambience 2. The owner was very hospitable and came around to make sure that we were comfortable 3. Food was excellent. The ingredients such as rice and vegetables were home-grown and the pickles / side dishes/ ume wine were homemade . Yummy. Owner was generous with the serving of food. 4. Not sure if other rooms has an attached bathroom but mine was without ( there is an attached toilet though) Private bath could be reserved for those who are not used to public bath .

    It is an old samurai house. We loved the tradition and the hot bath, food etc.

    The food and the location was amazing. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. The cats are cute. It’s not luxury but very good value for the price.

    This is such a traditional Japanese building to stay. Rooms and onsen are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Japanese style dinner and breakfast were so delicious.

    The place is breathing history, it’s like you’re in a movie set. The host is very welcoming and a excellent cook. The food is delicious, best we have had in Japan. From the property you have acces to the most scenic routes in every wind direction. Please rent a car and not be dependent on busses.
