    Repetía alojamiento, ya que el personal es muy amable, la habitación es cómoda y el baño está muy limpio y es confortable. Además está perfectamente situado y cuenta con un restaurant y un bar que atienden ellos mismos. Es un alojamiento que da un trato personal.

    Particular Credit to Janet who was on duty on the Thursday evening when we arrived late. She sorted our dinner out no problem. Very good service from her. the Hotel has a great location in the centre of Ayr.

    I stayed overnight before going to a job. I had already eaten when I arrived, and regretted this because the restaurant looked nice and I'd have liked to try an evening meal there. The style of the hotel is perhaps a little old-fashioned - it is an old building after all, but it is all fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Free WiFi in all rooms is advertised but I didn't have occasion to use it, not having my laptop with me. The bathroom and shower was spacious and sparkling. I left early, so didn't have breakfast.

    Even though the room was a bit dated is was exceptionally clean. Also really handy for the railway station. Less than five minute walk.

    Lovely place and lovely hotel stayed here for our wedding lady on reception was great with us very lovely would recommend to stay here so central to everything my husband and I really enjoyed it
