    Our host Beatrice was super kind and passionate about Bologna. We embraced her recommendations and they did not disappoint. The apartment was immaculate, clean and spacious. The property is a short walk to the train station and to the city centre, but situated in a quiet and cozy suburb. Really gave us a taste of what it would be like to live there and we loved it!

    We really liked staying at Beatrice's beautiful place in the North of the city center. It's just a 10 minute walk downtown, so you are still really close (and there are even buses, but you can easily walk and spot a nice sunset over the rails of the trainstation). The apartment is very stylish, modern and clean. Beatrice is the most welcoming and charming host, so we enjoyed talking to her from the first moment. She is very knowledgeable and has traveled a lot herself, so she knows exactly what you need as a tourist (Wifi, good spots to eat, must-dos, etc.). Communicating with her was very easy and she is 120% reliable. She even offers airport drop-offs and sells delicious cheese from her hometown.

    Close to rail station, calm area. I was with folding bike, conveniently to transfer to others towns. I leave my bike in safety place (for me it was important) Beatrice was attentive to my questions and helped me to find interesting things to me more. I found out about Carnevale in Cento and saw flamingo! For 3 full days I was in Mantova, Parma, Carnevale in Cento, Bologna, Ferrara and one trip behind lagoon near Comacchio to see flamingo - I very satisfied that mix. Beatrice also recommend places, events, foods in Bologna well. There is all that is needed in apartment. Fast hotwater, clean, calme.

    Precioso apartamento que está muy bien amueblado. Es muy limpio, en un barrio tranquilo cerca del centro de la ciudad. Recomiendo hacer una cuenta Mobike y se puede viajar barato entre el apartamento y el centro de la ciudad (menos de 10 mins). Anfitrión es súper agradable también. Totalmente recomendable!

    The flat is very clean and tidy. Only 2 blocks from main bus route into the centre. Beatrice was very helpful booking restaurants and taxis etc. She was charming company.

    Bellissimo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, a pochi metri c'è una fermata dell'autobus. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile

    This is a lovely apartment in a residential area of Bologna- The apartment is very clean, effecient and with very nice bathrooms. You can rent one room with bath and share with the owner or rent the whole apartment and they will vacate. You are staying in someone elses home. The wifi worked well. The beds were very firm. If you usually stay in apartment rentals in the suburbs, this is a really good choice. It is on the 2nd floor (American standard)with stairs. A brisk 20 minute walk to the center of Bologna. I would not walk at night. Take a taxi. Limited parking if you have a car. The host is very gracious with details on parking and what to see and do. Restaurants and a main street with buses are about 5 blocks away. Many restaurants are closed on Sunday and Monday.

    Appartamento in ottima posizione. Casa curata nel dettaglio, pulitissima e fornita di tutto il necessario. Beatrice non è solo un’ottima padrona di casa, ma anche una persona con la quale fermarsi a fare volentieri 4 chiacchiere. Conosce benissimo la propria città ed è in grado di dispensare consigli su qualsiasi fronte. Chiedete e lei vi risponderà :) Consigliatissimo
