The hotel is with nice decoration and great location. Especially I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Euan, who has been unbelievably patient and helpful during my stay. Actually I was planning to drive in highland, but not realized that I forgot to bring my driving license until 3 days before the trip. And this is my first time being in Edinburgh and I have no idea how to deal with this sudden accident. Fortunately Euan helped me to find another way out via joining a local agency. He spent a lot of time searching and communicating with local travel agency. In addition, Euan helped me with other request during the stay. In a word, the service provided by Euan is overwhelmingly satisfactory. With Euan as an employee of the hotel, I will definitely visit this hotel again, and meanwhile recommend my friends and colleagues to try this hotel going forward.

Extremely well appointed and comfortable rooms managed by very accommodating and polite staff. Close to Waverley train station and a tram stop almost outside.
