    The sheets were so soft and the pillows so comfy - probably the nicest I’ve slept on in a hotel. Seriously though that’s some seriously good fabric softener! The decor is gorgeous. Location is perfect for anywhere you want to walk to - basically 10 trips to the market for me! Wish I’d had time for a soak in the nice big tub. The complimentary mini bar and goody bag were such an appreciated little extra.

    I like different. I stay in a lot of hotels and I'm always looking for a change. I enjoyed the boutique and individual nature of the room. Free minbar is pretty cool, although it wasn't stocked with anything that I would actually eat and drink apart from water, but there was fresh fruit available in the hallway as well.

    Location to central market fabulous! Bed super comfortable. Coffee machine etc was great and one of the reasons for the choice of hotel. Staff were brilliant, professional, courteous and helpful!

    The managers were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting me with heavy luggage. The additional extras in the room were very much appreciated - good coffee with a Nespresso machine and milk frother, a complimentary beer, cider and soft drink as well as snacks. The bathroom was exceedingly clean, modern and sleek and the toiletries were of good quality. The balcony is terrific, reminding me of the elegant old hotels of Australia (the Franklin is one of them).

    The room was very comfortable, i liked that the minibar was free! And that there was a real espresso machine for coffee - the bathroom was very clean and well equipped. Overall a great room for a great price

    Staff were friendly, beautiful venue, food was excellent, rooms were stylishly furnished and very comfortable. All round a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
