    Firstly this hotel does have a lift even though the online booking agencies don’t list it. The hotel is fairly new and the facilities worked well in our room. We had hot water but another couple had no hot water and were not happy. The bed was comfortable.

    Very modern and clean hotel. Very large rooms, great bathroom and nice location with riverside and Nightmarket around the corner. For this price this hotel should be more popular....

    It was clean and nice. The staff was helpful, we managed to communicate even with the languge barrier. They helped me with transportation, arranging pick up from the hotel to the harbour, where I needed to go in the morning. It was a big help and made my travel much easier.

    Although many of the staff didn't speak English, they were good humoured and as helpful as possible throughout our stay. The room was large and bright and the bed was comfortable with nice bedding.
