    The reception staff were very friendly, we had a free upgrade and the location was very good. Lovely hotel and rooms.

    The location was great. Short walk to everything you will want to visit in KK. The weekend market is literally on the doorstep which is amazing. Newspaper on the door handle every morning I loved!!

    didn't eat breakfast had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight. location was perfect to get a grab car and walk around the city.

    Loved the heritage decor, generous room size and central location. Staff were super friendly. Cafe was lovely with shutter windows opening out onto the street

    The location was good as it was fairly central to all amenities in Kota Kinbalu. Staff were helpful in resolving an issue with our room when we first arrived. The room that we had been allocated had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, we asked to be moved and they immediately dealt with it to our satisfaction. Staff were friendly and helpful.
