Excelente ubicación a escasos metros de Central Park y Times Square, la atención de los empleados fue excelente. Ofrecen café por la mañana, Totalmente recomendable

Central location with great access to public transport and lots of good places to eat nearby. Great, big, clean, easy to stay at hotel. Our room had a great view of the temple. It was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The gym was perfect with lots of different cardio and weight machines and very clean. We didn't use pool, but it looked fine. Wifi worked very well.

Excellent hotel, great location, staff were very helpful. We stayed for only one night to end our holiday in style. A little bit pricey but definitely worth it.

First time I've stayed here since the new owners took over a couple of years ago. Was actually better than when it was the Hilton. Staff great, food wonderful, though of course with a 5 star price to match, but that is OK. Definitely recommend their Italian restaurant for the set lunch, which was great value for money

5 star hotel no other better choice only here in The Kunlun Jingan! Super fantastic for every step of their service in each moment I experienced! Even Engineering came to me within 5 min after my call to service center. After that, service center called me to see whether it was solved or not, excellent! Efficient check in and check out with smile and greetings from Front Desk which is really impressive.

First time I stayed under the new owners, and it was great. Food was excellent, service great, and very clean. Will definitely be coming back.
