    Super close to Hampton court palace, literally next to the gates to the gardens! Fantastic location with parking which is an added bonus. Lovely apartment with luxury finish and thought about the little things like supplying dishwasher tablets and salt and pepper. Easy and hassle free check in and check out, what a gem!

    The room was extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. It is perfectly placed to visit Hampton Court, is a short walk to the train station to get into London, has free parking on site, lovely pub/restaurant close by, and also a small supermarket quite close for basic provisions, even a pleasant shaded area where you can sit out should you so wish. I highly recommend this property and will definately stay again.

    The location of this property for anyone wanting to visit Hampton Court Palace could not be better. It is built onto the park perimeter wall and is directly adjacent to the Lion Gates. A quick walk through the park and you are at the entrance of the palace. 400m to the Thames and rail station. Property is clean, modern interior, well equipped with off road parking. Plenty of restaurants locally, easy walking distance.

    Despite unavoidable issues with parking due to the big bike race Mark went out of his way to sort out alternative parking. The room was great and I will definitely be using Lion Gate Mews again in the future.

    We travelled as a family (just adults), but we didn't realise we were next door to Bushy Park and Hampton Palace. Great place to say and take in the sights.

    We stayed in the Thomas Wolsey apartment on the first floor. It is clean and bright and quite spacious for three or four adults for a week's stay. The beds are comfy and very clean and the linen was changed once midweek. The kitchen area is well equipped for a holiday let, modern and clean. The location is excellent for Hampton Court Palace which is literally a 10 minute stroll through the grounds. Hampton Court station is a 10 minute walk away with good links to central London.

    We appreciated our stay and the professionalism and kindness of the Management Our microwave was out of order ( new one ) , we warmed up our meal in an other apartment. Thanks Mark ( General Manager)
