    The staff were very attentive and paid close attention to every detail. The location was also very good. Our simple breakfast was beautifully prepared and very tasty. We will stay at no other place in Shanghai henceforth!

    For our first trip to Shanghai, the hotel was an absolute delight, in the most perfect location. Dennis (the manager) and his staff could not have been more accommodating and our experience was enhanced even more by their hospitality services. Being personally walked to our restaurants and having Joe the driver help us with our sightseeing tour were the icing on the cake.

    Really appreciated for the hotel staffs. Especially Mr. Edwin Liu, offered us a great help which my daughter accidentally lost of her wallet in outside restaurant. Room is cozy and comfortable. We will surely come back again. High recommended to friends.

    The breakfast is a la carte. it's just good and no need to waste food at the buffet. the staffs are super and they did really offer good service to guests. we felt warm to stay at there! hotel also offered free drink of soft drinks, beer, drinking water! Good location with lots of choices of restaurant nearby. no complain at all!

    Brand new beautifully designed and extremely comfortable rooms, wonderful staff very helpful in every way. Delicious food on site esp for me since I’m vegan gluten free and there are seldom good choices for me.
