    Excellent hotel and the villa is extremely clean big enough& comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff “Mario” ,he makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the hotel. Would definetely recommend this Villa to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Mario for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

    We loved everything. Only thing is that there were big cockroaches and other small insects in our villa with us. That was not pleasing at all, being afraid of them, it doesn’t help.

    The hotel offered unusual accommodation which was spacious and luxurious. It was situated right on the beach and just. 5 minute walk from the restaurant which served excellent food. It was quiet, and relaxing . I had my own plunge pool and sun beds. The staff were really pleasant and friendly and efficient.

    Feels like Maldives. Very quiet and peaceful. Something you would not expect to get in UAE. You will see and hear no one. Perfect for honeymooners and couples. The service is excellent. The villa was fantastic.

    I dont know where to start from but Ritz Carlton Al Hamra Ras Al Khaimah has my heart. It was a beautiful stay which was ofcourse because of how the hotel is made but the staff of the hotel and it's caring nature and hospitality was absolutely of the hook . Chef sufyan, He was just amazing and always said yes to cook anything we wanted for ourselves being vegetarians. F&B MANAGER HETTI , he was a star that's all u would say. He did everything to make our stay absolutely comfortable. The SERVER BIPIN , he was a right and left of us . Whatever we wanted he was just a call away and he would make sure it's done before a 2md reminder goes to him. Guys , Make sure you get in touch with these people. They are just amazing. Thank you, Ritz Carlton for having us and making our stay a memorable one. Cheers

    Simplemente, todo fue perfecto. Disfrutamos cada momento. personal increíble. Maravillosas villas. El centro comercial está muy cerca y todo se puede encontrar allí. volveremos seguro en el futuro.
