    Los alrededores son impresionantes, en medio de arrozales con muchos animales. La sala de yoga muy bonita.

    Location is a bit out of the way but being off the main road means you'll be immersed in a rural idyll without having to travel for hours out of Ubud. You'd think it would be quiet, but quite the opposite. The night particularly is filled with unfamiliar and magical sounds - frogs, crickets, birds and other unseen wildlife. Keep an eye out for the tiny bats flitting about at dusk and if you're lucky you'll get to see the fireflies!

    We arrived to Ubud after 10 days in the island, se we weren’t really prepared for cars, shops and traffic. But when we entered, in the night, in the rice terraces in order to arrive to the Shala, it was amazing. The room was perfect and we spent lovely days. Good position, near the center but not in the middle of the traffic!

    Lovely location, not easy to reach and somehow a part from the world. The swimming pool and the nature inside the place was amazing.

    I loved the simplicity of the property. It is so serene that you will not want to go elsewhere outside.The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The cafe Mumbai Station is a must try if you are craving for indian food in bali overall. Masala chai is a must try!-It will surely take you back home. The balinese massage that is offered in their spa felt like heaven especially after our surfing day back at the kuta beach. Will surely stay at The Shala on my next visit to Bali :)

    This place is absolutely beautiful and perfect if you look for some peace. I booked a bungalow and it was just the pretties and more comfortable I’ve ever been. The staff is always with the smile and ready to help. Breakfast is really yummy. I wish I could stay there forever!

    friendly staff, meals served in great order, rosti was a bit salty to me, but food presentation was excellent, best latte I’ve ever had at Bali

    The accommodation was comfortable, my only issue was the lighting in the rooms, it was very dim.
