  Serena (I hope i got her name right)from downstairs see to it that we had the early check in and that I had a birthday cake in my room in addition to the upgrade that was given. Staffs were very kind and concierge worked around the clock to make sure we had all things that we needed. Checking in was done in the room and very convenient this gave a very nice impression to me as someone who is not familiar with Starwood’s hotels at all. Well done. Facilities wise gym was a bit small but sufficient. Pool was well designed especially the hot tub. So many f&b outlets available to suit all styles from main building and the Neighbour building. Drinks can take awhile with the bar downstairs. Never written anything on online review and this is the first time I did. Very nice place and definitely going back here again!
