    Fantastic location... in the heart of the town, Close to the river lovely view from the lounge window. Transport links close. Owner was helpful, friendly, and offered local advice... along with recommendations for eating out .... or bringing in! Kitchen was very useful, and certain goods were provided. The furnishing of the lounge and bedroom was of an excellent standard, and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was good quality. WiFi was great !

    Ray was a fantastic host, very helpful and informative. It was very much appreciated how clean this home is. Ray provides clean towels and bedding change daily. Also basic provisions in the communal kitchen a welcome surprise. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

    This was absolutely perfect. Ray was great to meet us and show us around as well as make dinner recommendations. If your coming to Fermoy for the Triathlon you will based across the road from transition and some lovely cafes and places to eat. Will be back again.

    Owner was super nice, very responsive, and genuinely cared to make sure we had anything we needed. The room was fabulous and so great to have a very nicely well stocked communal kitchen to utilize while we were there! We absolutely loved it!

    Central location, lovely room, fully equipped kitchen and large sitting room overlooking the river. Welcoming and helpful owner. Bread, milk, yoghurt and fruit all provided free of charge.

    It felt like we were the only people there. We did see a few people. Our room was awesome & we felt very lucky to have the little extras in the kitchen. We didn’t feel we had to stay in our room. Ray was great to chat with.
