    The room: Modern, bright, well kitted out (Maybe the fridge is overkill). Bathroom: very spacious. Very quiet (bearing in mind it's near Gatwick Airport). Great value for money.

    The whole place stinks There’s mould in the showers The carpets all over the place They’ve never heard of a duster There’s spiders everywhere because it’s next to countryside. The external is not cleaned so attracts all sorts of rodents and insects. The manager is suppose to be at reception when you need to contact him but instead he’s sleeping in one of the rooms. And getting to the location is like finding a house in the middle of a jungle

    We were not expecting great value for money for what we paid. However, our room was lovely, clean, modern and spacious. Would definitely book again!

    This was a very good place to stay for one night prior to catching an early flight from Gatwick. The place was convenient and clean. Our bedroom modern and comfortable. We didn't stay for breakfast as we had an early flight so planned breakfast at the airport. The room did have an iron but did not have a hairdryer (but I was prepared as I read that on another review). For the price, excellent value for moeny. We were expecting something a bit seedy for the price but it was not.

    The position is nice in the english countryside, you can see foxes going around. Very low price for the area.
