    The place was ok. The private room was cheap and clean. Only fan, that day it got very hot in general. I forgot a white bag in the room and the lady of the hostel send it to me the next day to Flores (she knew a person who drove to Flores). Unbelievable that it worked!!! I really appreciate that service!!! Thank You!!! The hotel is very located very central.

    It was clean. Heart of San Ignacio. Love that they owner allow me to storage my luggages until my departure un the afthernoon.

    I really liked this place. It's pretty basic but quiet. I travel alone and I like to be on my own a lot. This place is perfect for that. Had my own room for a decent price. Wifi was insanely good! Very fast. It's right in the center of town. Two minute walk from the popular Bubble Tea place, supermarket nearby and MayaWalk is practically on the other side of the alley. Bathroom was shared, which is never a problem for me. I thought everything was clean. Owners are nice, let me check out an hour later.

    Great location, very helpful owners, enormous courtyard and premises. I enjoyed my time at Tropicool. My hosts were happy to help me with all kinds of questions and had many useful suggestions.

    Location fabulous, didn’t expect new towels, sheets and soap ever day. Bathroom was clean and comfortable (no hot water issues)
