    La proximidad a la playa, de hecho el apartamento está prácticamente en la arena. Playa normalita y muy familiar. Rodeado de resort de "guiris". Buena ubicación a 15' en coche del aeropuerto y a 10' de Heraklio. Para unos primeros días en la isla está bien. Buena relación calidad - precio.

    Maria and her family are very kind. We were traveling with 3 friends. Maria gave us a free upgrade, so we all had our own bed. The resort is near the beach, which is awesome! Chairs are for free. They were really flexible with the check out time. All together a big 10!

    Location is really good, apartment is basically on the beach. Restaurant next to the apartment is excellent and staff are really nice. Host gave us some home made olive oil which was really nice of them. All staff were really nice.

    Clean, spacious, friendly staff, proximity of the beach and restaurant. I like the fact that it was open so you can come and go at anytime.

    Location very close to the sandy beach, with the best food at our own tavern in Ammoudara. I strongly recommend !

    Altogether this is a Cretan family business run by kind and hospitable people. This time I went on my own but I have always dreamed of finding a hotel on our budget, where I can take the kids and have the sea right in front of us. It also feels very safe and kids friendly. The sandy beach is only 1-minute walk! Also, there is a restaurant which although I had not had the chance to eat something, it was always busy every time I visited, so they must be doing something right for sure.

    The location is great - 1 min to the beach, close to shops and places to eat. Bus stop is nearby, you can take a bus to Heraklion for 1,7 euro (taxi is ~10-15 euro). But the best thing about the hotel are the owners - the most friendly check-in I've ever had! Maria was always ready to answer any questions and this made my stay truly amazing! Ευχαριστώ, Maria!

    Maria was lovely and greeted us with a bottle of homemade olive oil. She also gave us a room with sea view, which originally wasn't available. Great location, just in front of the beach. A good alternatively to stay out of Heraklio, which it's only 15min by car

    Very nice location,next to the beach, cafe restaurants 5 min walk. The staff were very friendly, always smiling. Best value for money. Definitely will stay there again! First time i got treated traditional olive oil as a gift for my stay! Thank u all so much
