    This is one of the best hostels we've ever stayed at! The owners were so unbelievably kind and helpful, even picking out bags up from Wakayama station and storing them for a couple of days while we hiked. They also dropped us back to the station on the day of our train. The room itself was lovely and clean with great ac, and the hostel itself is convenient for buses to attractions and has a family mart right outside. Would stay again and 100 percent recommend to others!

    The staff picked us up at the station with their car, drove us to the hostel, introduce us to the area and showed us where to eat, see the shrines etc. on the maps they gave us. The location was great and the hostel offers you free rental of bicycles. A handwritten message to us as a guest outside our room says it all.

    Super caring, sincere hosts who are always ready to help. Recommendation by Hiroko to scenic attractions are interesting enables us to see the nature beauty of the city. Location of hostel: close to Wakayama City , hot spring & lots of food choices around.

    The bed are comfy and the place is exceptionally clean! The hosts are very nice to fetch me to and from the JR station. I also managed to do some cycling around the town using the hosts’ bicycle and had delicious ramen from the hosts’ recommendation!

    I was surprised/touched when hotel staff contacted me through whatsapp before our arrival, saying they might be able to give us a ride coz its location might be difficult to find. when we arrived, they recommended really nice restaurant and hot spring for us. on our way back home, they even gave us a ride to the bus station...we were really grateful for their help!

    The host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again for future trips. Free bike for use was great as it gave us a chance to try it and enjoy it.

    Hiroko picked us up at Wakayama Station. The room was Spacious and plenty of blankets and pillows. Hiroko was very helpful showing the best ramen n restaurant in town. Bicycles are freely available. She gave the medicine for my wife’s constipation problem without charging us!
