    Location, views from balcony, comfy beds, very good mattresses in both rooms, kitchen spotless has everything you need, very home from home, would have loved a pool but that’s not a criticism, the 2 chairs on the veranda may need replacing soon, lol, wonderful wonderful, wonderful x x

    Mosquito blinds were good. Allowed us to have the windows open into the eveni g and through the night if we wanted. Handy to have the dishwasher and the kitchen was well equipped. We were two couples and there was plenty of space and choice of outside areas to sit. Good to have pool towels. Clean towels and bedding were provided as needed.

    The location is just perfect. Walk to the harbour bars and restaurants. So close to the shops and a fabulous view of the harbour.

    The location and garden. The views over the harbour and mountains were stunning. The location was perfect, just above the harbour so you were at the shops and restaurants in 60 seconds but far enough away from the bars etc to be quiet. The garden was lovely with many flowers and brilliant views.

    The house was beautiful, the view overlooking the harbour was delightful to wake upto every day. And the lovely little garden with such lovely plants where I sat to read my book in the sun. The lavander and rosemary bushes which flank each side of the path inside the property smell amazing and I looked forward to coming back after swimming in the sea or eating in one of the many lovely restaurants in Kassiopi to relax in the comfort of the villa. I feel totally recharged and rested. A lovely week. I have already recommended the property to my family and the host was so, so kind and helpful with everything I needed and was so quick to reply. The villa was immaculate when i arrived with fresh towels and bedding and fluffed up pillows and spottless mirrors and surfaces, I felt like somebody had made alot of effort to accommodate me which was amazing and really impressive. I am delighted I chose Villa Edem, it was perfect.

    La ubicación del establecimiento era ideal para Kassiopi, con vistas al puerto. La Villa Edem goza de una ubicación tranquila, cerca de numerosos restaurantes y bares y a poca distancia a pie de la playa. Tienes parking privado si contratas un coche.

    La propiedad era como se describe. Anfitriones muy acogedores y receptivos. Fue genial que limpiaran regularmente el apartamento con toallas limpias. Las playas cercanas también son estupendas.

    Excellent view across the harbour from the balcony area just outside the door. Flowers growing just in front of the balcony attracted lots of beautiful butterflies. Surprisingly quiet given how loud some of the nearby bars are. The outdoor (and indoor!) furniture is very comfortable and the apartment was spotless. We didn't use it, but you have access to the pool in the neighbouring hotel. Air conditioning works well. Check in arrangements were very easy and Alexandra was very helpful.

    We spent a very relaxing ten days at Villa Edem. The view of the harbour was stunning, yet we were also close to amenities, including pools and beaches. Alexandra was always available to deal with queries. I would certainly recommend this villa.
