    Hotel location is great - my room was spacious, clean and modern. What impressed me the most is the staff: everybody is very professional. I have to personally thank Mr. Alastair Laird (Director of Operation), he quickly helped me solving some issues. All in all I really felt taken care of. It's a great feeling, especially when you are in a big hotel. Bravi !

    Superb hotel with friendly and professional staff who treated everyone with equal; service and respect. Excellent room with superb view and breakfast of exceptional quality. Prompt and immediate service in room when required because of my locking myself out of the room safe!! Staff in breakfast room were absolutely brilliant in their help for my wife who is disabled. We are regular visitors to Berlin, at least annually for the last 40 years, and this has to be the very best hotel we have used in all of that time!

    Centrally locates property with good transportation choices . The food and restaurants are awesome esp Roca restaurant. The staff is friendly and knows their job well

    Location and view cannot be better! Tasteful design and attentive house keeping staff. Fabulous amenities/toiletries. And the shower is the best I've had in any hotel.

    Very nice and warm welcome. Little something on the house as it was my birthday (delicious chocolate browny). Unfortunately we stayed only for the night so no time to try all facilities. I would suggest at least 2 or 3 days to get use of all the hotel facilities. Fast and efficient front desk. Good location and great views over Berlin.

    I had a medical issue the first morning of our stay, and the staff were exceedingly accommodating and even loaned us a wheelchair for the first day, ice packs upon request... I cannot stay enough about the staff. They treated us as though they'd known us for years. I definitely noticed an exceptional level of enthusiasm at every level of guest services, from check-in to restaurant to doormen -- and determination to do a little bit extra to make our stay truly magical.

    Rooms are excellent. Lobby impressive. Location very good. Bar area especially good. Concierge great. Met manager of hotel. He was charming. Clearly a top hotel with luxurious fixtures and fittings. Close to the shopping areas, the zoo and a main railway line. Taxis aplenty. Apple TV in rooms a nice touch.     A perfect stay from the moment we arrived and the staff unloaded and then parked our car - to the return of the car fully loaded with the suitcases etc from our room. Generally very helpful staff and luxurious room. We hired bikes from the hotel for a few hours and again this all got taken care of easily. The breakfast in the room was a feast - we ordered one plus delicious porridge more than enough for 2!
