    The room rate included dinner and breakfast, which were both fantastic ! Very tasteful and beautifully presented meals. The onsen was great, especially the private onsen. The staff was very friendly, they even did our laundry twice, at no charge. Also they offered a shuttle bus to bring us to the starting point of our Kumano Kodo walk.

    The room is smelly? The smell of the room is actually the smell of tatami. I am quite ok with it but you may open the window to get rid of the smell Not valued for money? Actually, it worth, especially for food. You know what I have? Scallop, crab, sashimi, shabu shabu, japanese wine, etc and I am so sorry that I cannot finish all 2 meals per 1 night stay The cleanliness of room is ok and the private onsen is so nice! Overall, it's great experience to stay there

    Even though it might look expensive, this half-board hotel was very good value for money. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing multi-course meals of very high standard. The staff was very attentive and answered everyone's question's patiently. The rooms were of high standard and very comfortable. You could choose between Onsen options. Tattoos are OK in this establishment.

    It’s a beautiful authentic haven - it took us a day of travel to get here but it was worth it. The experience was all the better for choosing the food package - the chef has to be at least a 2 star Michelin. Our own private onsen was a perfect way to start and finish off our day which included a small 3.5k Komono kodo trail ( the onsen dropped is there in their shuttle). Highly recommended if you want to get out of the rat race for crisp country air - I could have looked at the mountains all day .

    Environment is very relaxing, large private onsen, good dinner, friendly staff, and near 熊野本館。No other restaurant nearby and need to book meals together. Free parking.

    El personal es increíblemente agradable! Los toallones super bien. La habitación muy típica Muy buen lugar, no lo duden. Incluso puedes ir a caminar por el río que está al lado.

    La vista desde la habitación de nueva construcción era atractiva. Pero la habitación en sí estaba triste y cansada y los colchones proporcionados tenían manchas de orina.

    Das Personal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie wir es noch nie erlebt haben. Ausgezeichnetes Essen. Wunderschöne private heiße Bäder. Seht gute Lage zu den berühmten Wanderwegen.
