    El personal muuuy profesional y atento! Nos ayudaron en todo momento incluso llamando al aeropuerto por nosotros cuando tuvimos problemas. Excelente!

    The staff at the reception tried her best. And the hotel is really at the river but that's all.

    We spent 4 nights there (maybe too many) and we loved the place. It has great views to the river and the staff were very helpful and attentive. It’s a good place to go with your partner and relax for a bit riding the free bicycles they have.

    We liked the river view, the swimming pool and the free bicycles (some in quite a bad condition). The place needs maintenance and professional cleaning. Not good value for money. Good option for a cheap rate, otherwise there are better options closer to the city.

    Nice location, out of the hustle and bustle of Hoi Ann., but less than a pleasant 10 minute bike ride in to town

    I like the fact it doesn't cater for coach groups so it's more personalized and that's the way I like to experience Hoi An

    We had a wonderful stay here at this hotel. It was my daughters birthday while there and they made it very special for us with a cake and flowers. The staff were amazing and helped us with so many different things. It was slightly out of the centre but so quiet and relaxing along the river... also we loved the free bikes to cycle about which made it very easy for us to get everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Hoi An.
