    Hemos esperado 3 horas para tener una habitación y en el check out nos querían cobrar cafés que no habíamos pedido

    Breakfast is good. i'm a bit upset bec it was my first time and the FD assigned (Gay FD handled the check in around 2pm didn't give a pool view or beach view where I see there's some room with beach or pool is still not occupied. My kids would have enjoyed it more. FD didn't consider to put us in bldg. 1or 2 considering I have a 2 month old baby instead we were booked in the 3rd bldg 2nd floor room 357. So sad. But I will be back in Dec 31st It's my bday so I hope my room will have have view. I commend the guard who assisted us to our Thanks

    A place where you can rest. We really love this place because of the ambiance, very accommodating and friendly staff and delicious food.

    I like it when it was upgraded into Executive Suite. Its so nice. Near the beach and the food was superb! 🙂

    Room is very spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff cleans the room everyday and change towels and replace toiletries.

    I dont feel comfortable with this hotel because their cheating on me for the price. When i started to book this hotel via online it was mention there is bonus or discount price given to me. The.ln when i paid to the hotel directly the discount price is not show up. I feel disappointed with booking.com and this hotel. I will tell this story to every social media because consumer protection should be applied when you are been cheated by the company. I still capture the picture of the price when i do online booking.
