    Amabilidad, limpieza, gran alojamiento y desayuno. A 1 minuto de la parada de bus par ir al centro .

    The hosts go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible without being intrusive. Nothing is too much trouble. Extremely accommodating and genuinely a lovely kind and caring family. Will definitely book again.

    Everything, this is an ideal location for Festival-going, and so clean. The continental breakfast was great and the service was second to none

    Short bus ride to centre. Room very clean and spacious. Wasn't too sure about continental breakfast but it was delicious.

    The breakfast was continental and an excellent choice of food and drinks. Fresh fruit, choice of pastries and rolls, cold meats and cheeses as well as cereals. Gurdeep served these well. We were very warmly met on arrival and had plenty of help regarding good places to eat, bus times etc. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

    the place is really one of the best you can pick to stay in Edinburgh. the bus stop to city center is really close. the owners are really nice and helpful. you cannot ask for more! definately if coming back will come back to the same place!

    The property was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and had the best pillows! Gurdeep was most welcoming and highly accomodating, allowing us to check in at a much later time and even making us a cup of tea. The breakfast was amazing and also doubled as lunch. I would highly recommend this property.

    Gurdeep was a beautiful host. And the house was ideal. After a very long drive it was nice to be greeted with a cuppa T and shortbread. Breakfast selection was amazing. And fresh chopped strawberries melon and grapes. A refreshing start to the day ahead
