    Good location. Fantastic breakfast. Great host. Andre has been extra helpful with infos on how to organise our visit to make the most of it. His house is full of memorabilia from the WWI. Really interesting stay. No problem with parking our car in the street.

    Great location, only a minute from Ypres main square, and Andre was a knowledgeable and amenable host. Breakfast was exceptional and very enjoyable.

    Andre warmly greeted us into his quirky b&b/home with a cold beer. Andre is a very friendly knowledgeable WW1 enthusiast. The B&B was very comfortable in a quiet location just a few minutes walk from the main square and Menin gate, breakfast was lovely with fresh bread rolls and lovely coffee. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, we hope to stay again.

    Sparkling clean, renovated B&B with a helpful owner who knows everything there is to know about World War 1. Nice breakfast too. Beautiful rooms too.

    The owner was very friendly and made us most welcome, he is very knowledgable about the first world war and is happy to pass this on. Because of this and his recommendations, we saw more than we would have if we had not stayed there.

    Everything. Lovely place and made very welcome by our hosts. Great artifacts throughout the whole place and what a lovely breakfast. I would definitely stay again.
