    The whole experience at x2 was amazing the room, facilities and the food were all very good but the best part was how helpful and friendly all the staff were especially thorn who worked on the front desk.

    This really was one of the most beautiful relaxing hotels we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Whilst we were only there for one evening it exceeded expectations in every possible way. The private pool villa was unbelievable and the all inclusive spa the icing on the cake. We pre-booked our treatments via email and it all ran like clockwork. The staff were delightful and friendly as were the masseuses Toney and Nu. Nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, plus the option for a Champagne brekkie was brilliant. Would 100% recommend it to a friend and return ourselves.

    Our stay here was amazing! At the end of a 2 week tour around Thailand we treated ourselves to a 5 star pool villa - you are definitely given 5 star treatment here. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff are very attentive and caring and go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing stay. The villa was beautiful the bed was so comfortable lovely shower and a great pool! The restaurant serves beautiful food and a really good selection for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui, especially if in Lamai

    Overall a good experience with great service from check-in to check-out. The private villas were amazing, giving much privacy and providing adequate space. Since most villas have their own pool, we often had the large pool almost to our self.

    The property is amazing, but the staff are absolutely wonderful & really make this place what it is. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome & remember your orders & preferences. My birthday was the day after I arrived & they bought me a cake. Little touches like that really make a difference. The villas are clean & the pools cleaned daily! I loved my stay & even booked a few days extra!
