    Un hotel moderno muy cerca de todo. El personal muy amable especialmente en recepción Cristina que nos hizo la estancia muy agradable y nos ayudó con todo. Para repetir.

    Toilet seat was ripped off hinges when I arrived, staff said they'd fix it then didn't arrange a suitable time to do so. Instead they knocked on my door repeatedly when there was a 'do not disturb' sign on it. Yeah, the bed can be adjusted up and down by remote control, big whoop.

    For the price I paid I was expecting some kind of minimal service tiny pod experience, but what I got far exceeded my expectations. Friendly reception staff as one might expect , but the room itself was very spacious, well designed and spotlessly clean. The electrically lowering bed was something new. At first I thought if it as a novelty item, but it was great to sit up properly supported to read or send emails after a days work . The rainfall shower was really good too. I had some late work to do, so I went to the bar for an earl grey tea and the barman was very friendly without being intrusive. It was comfortable and a nice place to do my work in. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that there's an on site gym!. I'll be bringing my gym gear next time.

    Compact room but with everything you need, including iron and ironing board. Very friendly staff. Great central location. I will stay again.

    Breakfast facilities were very good although the staff found they had to add more seating when numbers of people increased. The food provided was varied and good.
