    Really warm welcome, convenient location and helpful staff! We had a lovely apartment and a great stay!

    Conveniently located in walking distance between the Hakata Station precinct and the Tenjin shopping area this reasonably new hotel gave us a very pleasant stay. We had a good sized room with good cooking and washing facilities. Close to convenience stores and grocery/fruit/ veg stores as well as large mall stores. The Toshiba washer/dryer combo was one of the first to actually dry the clothes at the end of the wash cycle.

    Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. There are free drinks available throughout the day too. Riverside location and ease of access from Hakata Station a bonus. Short walk from the bus stop.
