Property was very easy to check in, great location, parking permit provided. It was clean, well presented and comfortable. A lovely place to stay in Bath, only a short walk to the city centre. Tea and coffee provided which was a lovely touch. Excellent communication from Tracey the host. -

Lovely place to stop for the evening. We had booked late so could not get in to our usual hotel. Ashgrove did seem too good to be true and we did hesitate before booking. Our usual hotel is close by but much more expensive but I convinced my husband to give it a go as the reviews were so favourable. We were very pleased. The bathroom was tiny and the shower correspondingly small, however, it was perfectly adequate and certainly very very good value for money. The bed was comfortable and the room was tidy and lovely. Though we did not meet her, Tracey was extremely helpful and professional/attentive and all her communication and response times were exceptional. We would most definitely stay again on our next visit to Bath and would recommend to friends as well. -
