    Although me and my family are 1st timer in this hotel , the staff were understanding and helpful towards my trip in Batam . I will sure recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends . We hope we could get a room in this hotel again because the rooms were spacious and leads to my satisfaction . We look forward to the next vacation on 26-28 October

    The bed was cosy. Mattress were nicely clean. The Swimming pool by the with the live band was unique. The gym trainer was an eye candy. Location around Nagoya was convenient to move around.

    Rooms are spacious & clean. Hotel staff are friendly & easy to communicate in English. Hotel is quiet & nice for couples. Toilet are clean.

    The facilities have been recently renovated and reopened until its current name Beverly Hotel, formerly known as Mercure Hotel. It was cheap, clean and new. Can’t complain.

    Cosy room but I dun like the pillow cos it too high and I dun have much time to enjoy the room
