Todas las habitaciones del Cape Heritage Hotel tienen su propio carácter y ambiente. Todas disponen de cama extralarga y carta de almohadas. Algunas tienen techo de madera de teca o zona de estar amplia, mientras que otras cuentan con baño de lujo.

El hotel está orientado a la histórica plaza Heritage y ofrece la posibilidad de comer en algunos de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad. El desayuno se sirve en el hotel e incluye repostería creativa y batidos biológicos.

    We received a warm welcome and drinks from TJ. The hotel is in a beautiful old house which forms part of Heritage Square. Rooms are all different but spacious, clean and comfortable with period furniture to match the ambience. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good, too! Staff were very friendly and helpful; and truly interested in guests' plans. The hotel is in a good location for walking around the city but the area lacked good restaurants.

    The best thing about this place is the staff. All staff are extremely attentive and friendly, offering advice daily on our plans and helping us with bags from and to the car. There is a good selection for breakfast which ranges from continental to fixed meals such as French Toast or Shakshuka. The rooms are very comfortable and are tended to daily by the cleaning staff. Location is very good proximity to many bars and restaurants and is based in the heart if Cape Town. Bit of a walk (30 mins) to the Waterfront but easily accessible by car/taxi.

    Beautifully designed hotel, with stylish rooms and common areas. Fantastic location with lots of good restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant, helpful staff.

    Quite literally the best staff I ever encountered in any hotel anywhere in the world. Everyone was incredibly kind, available and helpful always and without exceptions. It felt more like staying with friends than staying in a hotel. They were very accommodation to my requests and to the requests of the other quests. They were very realistic when asked questions about safety and also volunteered services to take away any anxiety that a guest may have. The rooms and the hotel are done to give you an African experience without being predictable or falling into anything kitschy. I peeked into a few of the rooms and they are all different and true tastefully done.

    It was my second stay at this hotel, I was very satisfied with my first one three years ago and this second stay confirmed my evaluation. Very good hotel, very nicely decorated. Superb location in the city centre of Cape Town with parking just in front of the hotel.

    Simply: everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations. This evaluation yields after two periods of 3 days of stay: at the beginning and at the end of our holiday in South Africa. The location is excellent, very close to many attractions like Long street or Bo Kaap neighborhood. Parking places are very cheap and just in front of the hotel. We had an large apartment (Luxury Double Room) with all necessary facilities (two TV sets, fridge, etc.). Extra large, very comfortable bed. Highly efficient, low noise air conditioning. The bathroom is large and very modern. But the most relevant positive aspect was the atmosphere of the hotel created by all the staff members. Me and my wife felt like living in a big family. We were delighted every morning with delicious breakfasts. And all of this for a very moderate price. If I visit again Capetown I wouldn't take a different hotel.
