    Attention to details, the property was equipped with high speed internet with up to 40mb plus a free access to Netflix account on a smart Tv” main tv” in addition to a second tv which was in one of the bedrooms. Chapson is a great man he is really helpful and everything he mentioned about the apartment and facilities were totally correct and accurate for instance you’ll find a coffee maker, kettle, fryer, toast maker , dish washer , washing machine and literally every accessory you need in a modern apartment even the bathrooms were super clean and quipped with hand wash, shower gel and towels too. The water supply was too strong and had no problem at all also there was hot water. The styling, furniture and the lighting are fabulous...it’s the best value for many especially when you consider how close is it to woolworths And other shops in addition to it’s mins away from waterfront. ممتازة انصح الجميع بها خاصة العائلات كل شئ مجهز بالشقة

    Very beautiful and luxurious hotel. We stayed in the Presidential Penthouse which was very spacious and had beautiful ocean views with magnificent sunrise each morning. We were able to use most of the Hotel facilities like the pool, gym and wifi. The booking wasn't directly with the Hotel so our host, Chapson, met us and handed over the key and explained all the details. He was always on hand via WhatsApp for all our queries.

    Absolutely incredible and spacious suite in an amazing 5 star hotel. The best finishes and layout. Incredible 5 star luxury throughout from the beds and Egyptian cotton linens to all the amenities that were included. Also fantastic central air-conditioning which is so important for me. The super fast Wifi with smart TVs and Netflix as well as the coffee/tea, milk, shampoo and shower gel were all added bonuses that completed an all around perfect stay. With it also being located in the best part of Cape Town and walking distance to the V&A Waterfront, I simply cannot recommend this place enough. What a memorable experience, I will most definitely be back.
