    Las instalaciones, la relajación, la piscina, la playa privada y el personal muy muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Cuando llegamos, el jefe de recepción nos invitó a un café turco para darnos la bienvenida. Gracias por el detalle

    Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) were delicious, wide range of dishes. The service of waiters and bartenders were very nice, cordial and obliging. reception staff were very helpful and hearty. Rooms very clean and cleaned every day. The restaurant was kept clean, cleaning was on a regular basis. Direct access to the beach from the hotel.

    Great staff , very helpful and friendly. The young manageress was extremely nice during my stay , talking to everybody and making sure all is good . Food was also great and the location is very nice anyway for the price we paid this was a really pleasant stay!

    We loved it. Everything. The rooms were big enough and clean. It is perfect for families with kid. The depth of the sea increased slowly. The beach covered by sand and tiny stones. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of us. The best staff ever! They were playing with our kid and made him really happy. There is a lot of option to water fun like windsurf. The food is very delicious and was different every day.

    The placement was really lovely and next to a lot of bars/restaurants, we enjoyed so much walking out especially during the night. The staff was incredibly helpful lovely, especially Seher who is the Guests Manager, i really recommand this hotel

    Very good location at Bitez beach, very close to nice restaurants at the seaside. Special thanks to hotel staff, Seher hanim, Murat bey and their team. I felt myself at very friendly environment and we had nice tea/coffee and kokorec after midnight at Utku bey's cozy corner shop :) I recommend this hotel to people who seeks quite, comfortable place. Young people may not like this place, as Bitez is usually place for older age and family traveler groups.
