    Staff is great, very friendly and accomodating. The location is not to far from the city center but not too close if you are walking. I personally didn't like the space in the dormitory, there is no privacy there. The living room is comfy and what is more they have a swimming pool! I recommend this place to youngsters that are travelling with somebody else.

    Location is very good. close to everything. Security system was excellent, very safe. Wifi was 24 hours. Access to DSTV. Access to the laundry facilities, kitchen, lounge and the pool.

    Location was perfect. Walking distance to most tourist sights convenient; safe to walk alone during the day for a female. Staff were PERFECT - from reception to housekeeping. Very warm and friendly,always smiling, free and helpful with queries and advice on personal safety. The place was super clean, bed was comfortable for me and extra blankets provided if you needed them. Very nice warm showers and Wifi freely available. Laundromat and restaurants only 3 minutes walk away. Even a Woolworths supermarket is a short walking distance. The long distance bus depot is about 25 minutes walk to DS Backpackers. Communication prior to my arrival was excellent. I was welcomed to leave my backpack with DS Backpackers on my last day until my bus departure in the late afternoon. Thank you to all staff for my wonderful, happy stay. Will surely recommend to friends and family. Best wishes to all I have met Symphy Hobart, Australia
