    The place is fantastic,front desk , rooms had everything a traveler would need.... front desk helped us so much with everything... place is in new condition and had lots of things in rooms that a traveler needed.... I was so impressed that I went back for a 2nd stay and ever in Fukuoka would do it again

    Close to bus stop, shopping area and many japanese yakiniku shop nearby.

    No dryer ONLY WASHING MACHINE! You have to dry your clothes in the room! No phone in room. Desk staff not there all the time. They say they are strictly noise free but this is not always the case. We had problems one night, no one to call and they told the other guests to stop making noise AFTER MIDNIGHT! WHAT??????

    7 minutes walking distance to the nearest station. Clean room. With everything needed in a room.

    The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the necessary items provided for a long or short stay. Check in was quick and fuss free and you can drop off your key upon check out. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

    All facilities are basically okay and sufficient for use. The place is conveniently located with shops and restaurants around.

    2 real big beds in 2 rooms, cleanliness, comfortable, have laundry machine, refrigerator. boiler and the room to hang clothes

    It’s very clean and working distance to eateries, 3 subways, marts n temples.

    It was new facility so it was really clean. There were two beds in a room. I and my friend could enjoy our vacation fully thanks to the hotel.
