    El hotel parece nuevo, es cómodo, y el área de capsulas muy limpia y cercano a la terminal hakata station.

    Everything was great. Especially the staff there was very kind and they did their best to resolve the problem when I had one. I actually had to leave the country one day early due to my personal matter and the staff helped me a lot. They speak good English and you will get nice and warm welcome from them when you check in.

    The spa is amazing when not crowded ( better using it from 4pm/5pm.) and it is very functional and clean. The capsules are also very clean and nice.

    The sleeping space was extremely clean and comfortable. The room temperature and humidity levels were also excellent and made for a very comfortable night’s rest.

    Great location near metro station, easy to find. Good for the traveler who will take bus as well. Just upstairs near a terminal bus station. Tidy and clean, value for money especially budget traveler.
