    Friendly staff and nice service. Hotel is modern style with lovely decorated library. Room was cleaneliness. Yukata cloth comfort to wear. Surprise with welcome drink, free light meal breakfast & good taste coffee. Key card security filter people up to accommodation. There are 2 small onsen that separate male/ female. Location not far from Hakata station and close to mini-mart and restaurant.

    Surprise light breakfast for free! Good location, close to the station. The staff was really nice, and they were smiling and saying goodbye Everytime, very friendly. Modern hotel, they even put a smartphone on your room with travel information and access to the internet and to make calls. You could bring the phone with you. Public bath/spa available. Close to a Lawson supermarket. They hold our bagage before check-in. Check in en check out went smooth.

    I like how close it is to nearby stores and to the Hakata station, which means I can go to places easily. The staff there are also very helpful.

    The location of the hotel is closed to railway station. Its very convenient to travel. Breakfast are moderate. the drinks are very good. The room are very clean and tidy. excellent lighting and smiling staff.

    The location is good, near Hakata Station with plenty of restaurants , shops and supermarkets. The hotel staff are efficient, courteous and helpful. The breakfast is basic but free. I like the cocoa and my friends the coffee.
