    Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren de York y al lado del centro histórico, ideal para visitar la ciudad. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, limpia y con una decoración muy bonita.

    Me encanto este hotel, volvería siempre, esta super bien ubicado, el personal es genial, tienen dos perritos divinos, las habitaciones son modernas, comodas, con muchos detalles

    Although we only stayed one night, it was perfect. This fabulous boutique hotel is located opposite the gates of the Museum Gardens and makes a lovely 5 minute walk into town. We were welcomed by a young man in reception, whose name sadly I didn't get, as if we were staying a week instead of one night. I left the luggage with him while I parked the car and was pleasantly surprised to find it in the room for us when we arrived back later in the night, a nice touch. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very quiet. There were snacks and an abundance of drinks available from the very well stocked fridge and even a little thermos with fresh milk for the hot drinks. Checkout was just as good, the gentleman asked if everything was fine. All in all a super hotel that is a definite for another stay in the future.

    No breakfast apart from breakfast bag was available,but that was made very clear from the outset on the website and there were at least 3 great cafes within a few minutes walk so that wasn't a problem. Very spacious room which was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless,towels very soft and fluffy. Generous amounts of toiletries and loo paper. Great tea and coffee making facilities and well stocked mini bar aswell. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Great location,We could walk to the York Minster in under 15 minutes and I am not a fast walker.
