    The house is beautiful in Victorian style. I had a spacious, well equipped and very elegantly decorated room. Sinclair and the other co-owner were both lovely and very caring. Knowing that I had to check out very early in the morning Sinclair arranged a breakfast pack for me.

    Beautiful bed and breakfast with lovely staff who run the property. Was such a nice street to stay in Ayr. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Really liked the breakfast in the morning- delicious!

    It was all the extra little touches on the decore and furnishings, they even had a coffee making machine in the bed room as well as a lovely teapot. The toiletries were topend products. The owner.Went out of his way to be helpful and the lounge even had a grand piano and loads of games and magazines.
