    It is possible to walk to the city center of San Ignacio. To the center is downhill as well. The resort is located in / against the jungle so it is fun to do a short walk from here.

    The garden was lovely and that was the best part of our stay. There were nice touches in the rooms, such as flowers and umbrellas.

    Fantastic setting, very peacefull, great staff, set right in the bush, with birds and other wildlife around, but not that far from town. We got great off season rates through the app.

    The environment and location is beautiful. The staff was ever friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed all the sounds and animals/birds you could here and spot in the morning

    The staff at MML are super friendly and happy. The food is very good! It’s in nature so you’ll be able to see toucans, hummingbirds, squirrels, lizards and lots of plant life. It’s very very peaceful.

    We liked our free upgrade to a bigger room. The staff is outstanding friendly and respectful. The cleaning staff was very accurate. We also liked the pool area against the heat of the jungle in may. The jungle surrounding is amazing and the gardens are well maintained. We loved the free coffee, tea, flavoured waters and the snack in the afternoon. We liked the dinner of the Mayan night, they offer everyday changing dinners and programs.

    Nice lodge with very friendly and helpful people. Possibility the have breakfast early before leaving for an activity in the region, greatly appreciated. Quality of the food is good.
