    Great location for where we needed, lovely clean bedroom, staff very friendly & helpful. Guest house was very clean

    we had off road parking down the drive, a 5 minute walk to the city centre. The day started with a very nice full English breakfast with as much tea and toast as you wanted after a comfortable nights rest in a comfy bed everything myself and wife needed, perfect definately go back again

    Very welcoming owners, could not have done enough for me. Parking was a massive bonus. Very comfy bed, with everything I needed. Amazing customer service and breakfast. Last minute booking when taking my Son to University, turned out to be a lovely overnight stay for me.

    The location was fantastic, very easy to get into York centre, near to the sights and restaurants. Lovely owner, who was very helpful but discreet. Which we like. Great breakfast, and comfortable room.

    the owners are two very lovely people who were able to accommodate our early arrival. The guesthouse is lovely, and in a great location, less than 10 min walk to the city center. I would stay again and certainly recommend it to anyone traveling to york.
