    The hotel is near the ruins of Fukuoka Castle, with its most full of lotuses. I was travelling with some Thai people and the lady at the door greeted them in Thai, which was a nice gesture.

    The reception has pointed me the way to the subway to airport and also advise to take entrance no.5 which has a lift, which is really helpful as we are traveling in a group and have big luggages.

    Location is very good and the stuff are very kind and helpful. WiFi connection was not so good though. But the follow up for that was good.

    the breakfast selection was excellent. nice Japanese garden outside the breakfast area. the Grotto lounge bar is very pleasant for a night cap in the evening.
