    The staff was not friendly, the place is dirty, they booking ladies and men to sleep in the same room. The showers and bathrooms is very dirty. Their breakfast I could not eat it.

    I liked that it is more than just a place to sleep. There's a lounge, kitchen, dinning room, the whole area outside where once can relax. Access to all the kitchenware was great. I liked the ease of booking in and out. It was simple.

    I was unfortunately in a rush so did not have time for breakfast. The facilities were excellent, and the staff great. Definitely will be coming back again.

    Super clean, free breakfast included and everything else you need. Really good value and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the place was. Staff always had a smile on their faces and were helpful. Loved the garden area. Definitely check out ‘Obs’ while in Cape Town and definitely stay here.

    Bed was a nightmare, makes sob much noise, so uncomfortable, very poorly designed, horrible bed. There was so much noise 27-28/Jan at night after 11;30 till early morning, despite my reporting nothing changed. Only one lady was friendly, very good person who worked in the kitchen. Impression is you tried to save food and at time of breakfast ending this guy would grab all food and take it away as if with other motives, especially on 24, 25 & 26/Dec - dirty toilets, running out on tissue. Only when the lady manager was around did the kitchen run decently.
