On the Beach is a 5-star boutique guest house, situated on the beachfront in Wilderness. It features a sundeck overlooking the Indian Ocean. The village centre can be reached within 5 minutes' walk.

With magnificent sea or mountain views, the luxurious suites at On the Beach come with extra long beds, Egyptian cotton linen and light goose-down duvets. Each suite offers air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV and under floor heating. The modern bathrooms are fitted with a rain shower and bath.

The main reception area overlooks the beach and ocean and includes a lounge and dining area and honesty bar. It opens onto a sun deck where breakfast, light lunches and drinks are served.

Guests can relax on sun loungers and admire the beach views. Free WiFi is also available.

On the Beach is 4 km away from Wilderness National Park and George can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

    The view is amazing, The staff make you feel like royalty! The room on ground floor opens up onto the deck which is breathe taking. Pity we could only stay for one night but this location is on the list of come back too.

    The property is so so so beautiful and it met our expectations and exceedingly, we so happy.we also enjoyed every moment.. Stuff and management are so friendly and loving. They go extra mile. Breakfast was lovely and everything was best.. Still amazed and happy..on the beach is the best

    Location & very friendly and helpful staff! Have to mention Stanley, Joseph, Abraham and the lovely host Leila was an absolute star! Excellent breakfast, lovely jacuzzi.

    The room was well equipped and details were taken care of, the staff made us feel like home and were extremely nice and polite , the view was undesirable it was breathtaking, literally, add to it a direct access to the beach , the fascility has only 7 rooms so it’s an amazing choice for a warm and luxurious getaway! Yet it’s located in the middle of garden route so you’re easily reaching any areas you’re planning to visit in there .
