El Onsen Minshuku Oomuraya No.2 ofrece alojamiento en Hongu, a 10 minutos en coche del santuario de Kumano Hongu Taisha.     Solo estuvimos una noche, el personal fue muy atento con nosotros, la cena fue excelente. El alojamiento aunque sin grandes lujos cubre todas las necesidades. Como debíamos salir muy temprano nos permitieron cambiar el desayuno por una lunch-box muy completa que pudimos llevarnos para mas tarde. La parada de bus esta en la puerta del hotel.

    Todo el personal es súper amable y preocupado de los detalles para hacer tu estadía lo mejor posible, se esforzaron por usar traductor y explicarnos todo en español. Nos trataron con mucho cariño y eso se agradece mucho. El Onsen al aire libre cerca del río está genial! y la habitación súper cómoda y amplia. Volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí sin dudarlo.

    A lovely traditional hotel with view on the river with onsen. We booked a japanese style room and enjoyed the views and slept well. Make sure to book your dinner and breakfast too. The food is really good and there are no other restaurants close by. Great small onsen in the hotel and one outside in the river.

    This authentic renovated house in traditional Japanese style is a real hidden gem. Although the house is not situated on the kumano kodo, the host picked us up on the finishing point of the day and prepared dinner and breakfast for us. They were extremely helpful and very nice. We stayed with two in the house but it can easily lodge a group of 4-6 people. So beautiful!

    The staff was incredibly accommodating and delightful. The social atmosphere was electric. Kawayu onsen is a must see while staying at Onsen Minshuku Omuraya. Yutaka!!

    We had a really good stay. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They prepared us a very nice vegetarian meal. The onsen is very short walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel if you need an overnight in this area.

    the staff was very kind, making a great effort to provide a true Japanese experience. The onsen on the river was fantastic. the western style room was big, with huge beds.

    The staff were really nice and helpful, the facilities were great and the food was delicious! Location was perfect, two minutes walk from the bus stop and five to the sennin buro! Had a wonderful stay and will definately come back on my next trip to wakayama.

    The hosts were super friendly and treated us like friends, despite the language barrier. Really would love to go back. A bit out of the way in the area but very much worth it! Really good value for money also.

    Huge breakfast and dinner meals. Both very traditional just how we liked them :) Almost only Japanese families and some locals too. The hotel decor is not the most up to date but everything is super clean and provides a cosy feeling. The view from our room was great and if you a looking for a calm place to stay, this could be it.
