    In vicinity of Tenjin, almost 3 mins walk to Tenjin sta. and PARCO city. The room is quite small just like any other hotels in japan, but full-equipped. There even is a balcony for you to hang clothes out and dry them. To be honest, if you're looking for a cost-effective place to recharge you and friends, HAKATA Residence hotel might be a good choice.

    The location was excellent! I’m a smoker, so the smoking areas were very convenient and easy to access.

    Location is convenient, but the 24 hr office is located another place, not convenient to reach when in needed

    It was a handy location for exploring. Lots of restaurants we wanted to go to were a short walk away. The place was clean and generally quiet. We were able to leave our luggage at the check in location

    I was so..... happy when i entered into the property as i booked a 1-bed room for 2 persons but was given a 3-bed rooms. We each occupied a bed room

    ロケーションはどこへ行くにも買い物も便利でした。 コンパクトで必要な設備が整っているので部屋に戻ってホッとできます。 チェックイン・チェックアウトもシンプルで時間をかけないで済むので時間の都合がつきやすいです。

    お風呂もバスタブがあり入浴剤付きだったので旅の疲れを癒すには良かったです！トイレも別ですし。 アイロンも備え付きなので嬉しいポイントでした。 鍵はポスト投函でチェックアウトというシステムはかなり楽だったので良かったです。 天神北の場所も歩いて天神界隈を楽しめるので旅行者には最高だと思います。

    일단 한 방인데 더블베드가 3개나 있어서 각자 편하게 쉴수있었고, 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어있어서 좋았습니다.
